REFUND POLICY
Returns
Our policy is 30 days. 30 days after purchase, we unfortunately can not offer you a refund ( Full or Half) , exchange, or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. (In-store) Due to our excessive heat, if product has been left in excessive heat conditions it will void any return ability.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We ask that you please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer, it must be returned through us.
There are certain situations when partial refunds are granted:
Refunds
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund as well.
If your return is approved, then and only then will your refund be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, all depending on your individual banks processing time. You may want to contact your bank for your exact refund processing time.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, we ask that you first double check your account that you used to make the purchase.
Then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
