Gain 375 hours of real world experience in a professional setting while learning the latest techniques and manicures, pedicures, acrylics, hard gel, e-filing nail art, and more. Our 9.5 week program includes expert instruction, client, practice, State Board exam prep, and everything you need to become licensed and Salon ready.

Ready to turn your passion into a profession? Nail artist are in high demand with the popularity of natural nail services and nail art on the rise. As a nail artist, you can set your own schedule, pricing, and customize the service you offer.
During our nail apprentice program you will receive an high-end education, dedicated one on two training, a complete nail kit filled with the finest nail products and equipment and a thorough business education to get you started. You will receive 300 hours that not only meet Utah State Board requirements but surpass them and hands-on training in a licensed salon setting. Over the course of approximately 9.5 weeks (Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM), you’ll receive expert instruction in

With over 20 years in the nail industry, my career has been built on more than just doing nails—it’s been built on helping others succeed in it. As a licensed cosmetologist, instructor, and owner of A Pro’s Essentials, I’ve worked with professionals at every stage, from beginners to advanced artists refining their craft.
My approach to teaching is hands-on, real, and focused on what actually matters in this industry—confidence, consistency, and the ability to work on real clients. This isn’t a “sit back and watch” program. You’ll be learning in a working environment, gaining real experience, and building the skills you need to step into your career with confidence.
